If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.
1) Wrong Size,
2) Wrong Color,
3) Wrong Quantity,
You are completely protected. Shopkartindia.com offers a 10 day return guarantee for all such items. Customer will get replacement without any extra cost.
In case customer doesn't want replacement of wrong/damaged product, taxes and shipment charges are not refundable.
Order can not be cancelled once it is Shipped or Processed.
In exceptional cases, if reason is approved by ShopKart India Team, Processed order can be cancelled with handling charges of Rs. 50. Orders once shipped can not be cancelled in any situation.
We will also not be able to accept the return if product:
Is used/worn or altered Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product Is returned without original packaging and accessories Serial Number is tampered.
If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
Any damage during transit must be reported in 24-48 working hours after product is received.
1) In case of any invalid concern for quality, we do not refund or replace the product. In exceptional cases, if quality concern is approved, taxes and shipping charges will not be refunded
2) No return pick up will be provided for returns being raised for invalid quality issue.
Creating a Return Request on shopkartindia.com and an email to [email protected] with photos of received product is mandatory.
